COLLABORATIVE CoPARENTING

Get Over Where You’re Stuck

Best For: Co-parents who want to learn effective methods for sustainable collaboration

Do multiple issues keep resurfacing—whether it’s schedules, discipline, or big decisions? Do you fear your coparent’s approach may be unhelpful for them or your child?

We offer a unique approach that combines co-parenting agreement setting with the emotional insight of a clinical psychologist specializing in child development. This isn’t standard mediation—it’s an integrated service that helps you not only reach agreements, but also understand and change the patterns that get in the way of effective agreement making. The result? A more peaceful, effective parenting partnership moving forward.

We work with parents to:

  • Understand and better articulate their parenting philosophy, goals and fears

  • Learn how to make agreements with one another

  • Quickly iterate and revise agreements

  • Develop an MOU without a professional that works for everyone. This can later be edited.

Typically: this is an 8 session program, taking place over three months.

Two individual sessions each, + four 55 minute coaching sessions + MOU template + recommendation report

COMPASSION OVER COMPROMISE

Master the Way Forward

Best for: Co-parents who typically get along but would benefit from a structured process to ensure the most optimal future.

Do you want to move forward together (and apart!) but feel overwhelmed by process

We work with parents—whether living together or apart—to:

  • Work through the stages of uncoupling

  • Reflect and release issues of the past

  • Identify core visions for each parent going forward.

  • Assess your conflict style, practice and hone your conflict resolution skills

  • Communicate effectively regarding any sticky topic, decision or child issue.

  • Learn the process to develop a comprehensive, everything-you-can-think of co-parenting agreement without relying on a professional

This is a coaching intensive, ten session program, taking place over six months:

MAKE MOMENTUM

Break Through A Block

Best for: Coparents that have a single repetitive disagreement that bleeds over into other situations.

Does the same issue keep resurfacing—whether it’s about discipline, education, screen time or socialization?

We work with parents—whether living together or apart—to:

  • Resolve a single disagreement

This is a coaching intensive, 3 session program taking place over 2-4 weeks. It combines co-parenting mediation with conflict resolution. Walk away with a shared agreement, and resolution for a single stuck difference.

Two individual sessions + one conflict resolution session (90-180 minutes) + report

Conscious uncoupling service do not include mediation

Some people don’t need a mediator to walk them through the agreement process, but they need guidance on the best process to actually separate while maintaining integrity. If so, coaching is for you.

Other people need a mediator to guide the agreement setting process, taking them step by step through each decision (or specific sensitive ones), if so, mediation is for you.

Some people need both. In that case, you’d need a separate professional to serve each distinct role. That keeps us ALL clear and committed solely on each specific goal. Since we work collaboratively, we have experienced professionals to refer you to.
